The ECO-MOT is a high-resolution stepper motor controller for one axis. Primarily, it is used when the Z-axis of a microscope is upgraded with a motorized fine focusing drive.
Dynamic micro step operation allows for positioning with high accuracy. The combination of a controller and power amplifier in a compact housing make it easy to create affordable complete solutions. Communication between the PC and controller occurs through the serial interface of the PC. The Joystick turning knob is mounted at the fron-plate of the controller housing. A stand alone operation is possible in Joystickmode.
